Ø A court judgment stays on a credit report for 6 years, even after satisfaction
Ø Challenge (A court Judgment should fall off report by statute in 6 years)
o Disputes can be filed on-line
o Disputes can be mailed by certified letter and need to include a copy of the credit report highlighting the disputed item.
