6. / Check for fluid leaks (oil and water).
7. / Condition of belts (fan, air compressor, pumps).
8. / Check electric or air connections.
9. / Is lubricator serviced?
10. / Is air supply adequate?
11. / Condition of wire rope and connections.
12. / Locate and check master electrical disconnect switch
(for emergency shutdown use only).
13. / Check wire rope and connections, block(s), and support chokers.

OPERATION

16. / Locate engine shutdown, or air, or electric disconnects.
17. / Start engine/start motor.
18. / Check all gauges for proper operation.
19. / Allow engine and hydraulic oil to warm up to operating temperature and check for air and oil leaks.

a. / Hoist main block per proper hand signal and lower per proper hand signal.
b. / Hoist auxiliary block per proper hand signal and lower per proper hand signal.
21. / Allow engine to idle 5minutes and shut down.
