Craft Exhibitor Application

Fees: $42.50 per frontage foot with $850 minimum, or as agreed upon by Crafts Coordinator. Camping is additional. All Exhibitors must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance. Insurance certificates must be on file.
Requirements: Juried Show. An approved Exhibitor must handcraft crafts, by an approved contributing artist, or under the direct supervision of an approved Exhibitor or an approved contributing artist. Those items not approved will not be allowed for sale at GARF.
Booth: Exhibitors are responsible for building, buying, or renting shops on site. Renaissance themed tents or decorated carts will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Most temporary art show set-ups will not be acceptable. The Festival will assist in locating available booths and spaces. Demonstrators will receive priority.
Costumes: All workers are required to wear Renaissance costumes. A separate costume sheet will accompany participant guidelines.

Please send us at least 5 photographs or CD and describe each below. If you need to include more than 5 to efficiently represent your work, do so. Please inform us of what percentage of your inventory each shot represents. If you would like to have your photos or CD returned, you must provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope. If accepted, your photos will be retained for reference and possible promotional purposes.

Craft Item Detail
Every item proposed to be sold at the Georgia Renaissance Festival must be approved by the Festival. Crafts must be hand-crafted by the applicant, or under the direct supervision of the applicant. Please list all items for which approval is requested. Use additional paper if necessary.
