CPDC Template for Email Blasts

The following standard format templates were createdfor email blasts that PMs can follow so our communications will be comprehensive and consistent.

For a Town Hall Meeting:

(Insert location and buildings affected) Faculty and Staff:

The Office of Campus Planning, Design, and Construction will conduct a town hall meeting (insert date, time, and location)to inform the building occupants of proposed work on (insert system) in the (insert location) facility. Based on this work (insert the systems and occupants that will be affected).This work will take place on (insert date and time).This work is expected to last (insert duration). (Insert additional information about the work if appropriate).

We are providing advance notice so that you have the opportunity to make modifications/adjustments to your work if necessary.

Our office will provide additional information regarding the proposed work at the meeting. Please contact (insert name of PM), Project Manager, at (insert phone number)or (insert email) with any questions or concerns.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, looking forward to seeing you at the town hall meeting.
