The Cincinnati Insurance Board and the Cincinnati CPCU Society Chapter areoffering two John Eubank seminars at Liberty Mutual Insurance inFairfield, OH.

1) CGL PROPERTY DAMAGE EXCLUSIONS

This course will discuss the purpose of Broad Form PropertyDamage coverage and how to provide CGL liability insurance fordamage to property during the course of work and following

completion of the work. We will review the five primaryexclusions in the CGL form and explain how each is to beinterpreted. The insurance companies and the courts areoften misinterpreting the policy provisions to the detriment ofthe consumer, and this seminar will enlighten the agent as tothe intent of the policy provisions over the past 50 years.

2) DRONES - PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS AND INSURANCE

This course will explore the current state and commercial useof UAV's (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) or as commonly referred toas DRONES. It will explore the current status of regulation,

both state and federal and more directed the actions of theFederal Aviation Administration. (FAA). The FAA has beencharged by congress to determine the regulatory licensing and

development of operation regulation in the commercial use ofthis technology. It will also discuss the current policy formsboth commercial and personal property and liability coverage

to determine coverages afforded or lacking. We will furtherdiscuss the current coverages available in the industry andwhat future opportunities may exist for those wishing toprovide for this emerging and expanding technology.

Each seminar is approved for 3 hours in Kentucky and Ohio.
