COMMUNITY STANDARDS INFORMATION
1.Exterior Wood Work Paint—(Must be purchased at a Sherwin Williams store)
Paint: Sherwin Williams Duration, Exterior Acrylic Latex, Satin Finish
Color: 6148, Wool Skein
2.Exterior Front Door Paint—(Can be purchased at Home Depot)
Paint: The paint will be Glidden, interior/exterior premium paint, high gloss acrylic latex. Here are the Martha Stewart Living paint colors:
- Holly Leaf MSL139 (this is green)
- Wrought Iron MSL168 (this is blue)
- Claret MSL027 (this is red)
- Shale MSL276 (this is gray)
Please note that Martha Stewart sold her paint company to Glidden so the colors will be Martha Stewart, but the name on the can of paint will be Glidden.
3.Garage Door Paint—(Must be purchased at a Sherwin Williams store)
The garage doors are metal and require prepping with oil-based primer paint prior to painting with Duration Exterior Semi-gloss Enamel paint. You can get information from Sherwin Williams about how to do this, or contact a reputable painting company. If this is not done correctly, the paint will easily chip off of the door.
