b) How would you identify this model to be different than the Strategy Structure Paradigm of European perspective?

c) Describe major differences between the four Perlmutter orientations.

Control and coordination mechanisms are critical factors in identifying the headquartersubsidiary relationship.

a)Describe how would transnational model of international firm be different than Global, Multinational & International models of international firm. within structural configurations, administrative processes and management mentalities?

b)Differentiate broadly the focus of control and coordination mechanisms within classical and processes perspectives of models of international firm. Describe briefly any three formal and informal mechanisms of coordination within each of the perspectives.
