Course Content
At Oasis Academy Arena, Pupils will develop both their mathematical skills and content knowledge over the year. They will follow one of four ‘streams’ based on their current level (and the set they are in) but all four streams will cover the same topics but at different levels of difficulty. Regardless of which stream they follow, they will cover aspects from all areas of the mathematics curriculum – Number, Ratio Proportion, Algebra, Shape Space Measure, Data, and Probability. This will ensure that they consistently revisit, strengthen and then get challenged in all topics.

· Exit tickets/end-of-lesson assessments
· Diagnostic marking
· AfL techniques – e.g. thumbs up/thumbs down, RAGing work, mini whiteboards, multiple choice quizzes
