How would you introduce your international country?
- Select a country to research and obtain teacher approval.
- Research facts of your country related to the following topics:
- Basic facts (Geography, Religion, Languages)
- Trade Agreements, Organizations & Barriers
- People of the country
- Culture and customs of your country
- Economy Business Practices (Dos and taboos)
- Major trading partners
- Government / Political Situation
- Imports & exports
- Popular events & traditions
- Problems & risks of doing business in your country
- Design a colourful and informative paper bag/box (can be provided if needed).
- Fill your bag with 10 items that represent various aspects of the country including topics listed above. These items do not need to originate from your country, but should be used to illustrate an aspect of your country.
- Present your paper bag to the class. Discuss the external design and each of the fifteen items inside the bag.
