The Application - Agreement is deemed concluded when signed
In case of a delegate’s inability to take part in the Conference, the Application-Agreement cannot be cancelled; a replacement is possible. Delegates who failed to pay the invoice before the Conference opening will not be allowed to participate. The refusal of a Participant from his Delegate’s participation in the Conference or refusal to perform the terms of the AGREEMENT entails the payment in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of participation in the conference by a Participant to the Organizer as a forfeit.
A copy of the signed AGREEMENT for participation in the Conference received by facsimile or electronic communication has legal force, with obligatory further exchange of originals in two copies, before or during the Forum. The Participant is hereby confirms his intent to take part in the Conference, guarantees full payment and obliges to meet all provisions of the AGREEMENT.

The agreement shall be considered done commencing its signing by both Parties.
Liabilities of the Organizer shall arise after the Exhibitor’s payment of 100% of participation in the Exhibition.
Cost of additional services provided by the Organizer to the Exhibitor shall be determined as per the ATOMEX – North-West Exhibitor’s Handbook and requests for additional services posted on www.atomeks.ru and being inseparable parts of the Agreement.
The text of the Agreement received via fax or e-mail shall have legal force under condition and before mandatory exchange of originals (before or during the Exhibition). By this Agreement, the Exhibitor confirms its intent to take part in the Forum, guarantees full payment and commits to observe all terms and conditions of the Agreement and the ATOMEX – North-West Exhibitor’s Handbook.
