Country Fire Authority (Charges) Amendment Regulations 2008
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004—
(a) to increase the charges for emergency attendances by brigades; and
(b) to increase the charges for the monitoring of fire alarm systems.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 110 of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 8 July 2008.
4 Increased charges for emergency attendances

In regulation 97(2) of the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004[1]—
(a) in paragraph (b), for "$246.46" substitute "$253.85";
(b) in paragraph (c), for "$140.18" substitute "$144.39".
5 Increased charges for monitoring of fire alarm systems
In regulation 99 of the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004—
(a) in paragraph (a), for "$232.55" substitute "$239.53";
(b) in paragraph (b), for "$161.90" substitute "$166.76".
