□ Seed grant (maximum support = $10,000)

These grants enable faculty and graduate students to convene to explore

prospects for future collaborations.

□ Joint graduate-student workshop grant (maximum support = $50,000)

These grants support thematic or disciplinary workshops designed by faculty

and incorporating graduate students in planning and execution.

□ Three-year open grant (maximum support = $200,000)

These grants support a variety of activities over a three year period, including

undergraduate teaching initiatives, graduate residencies abroad, post-doctoral appointments, faculty residencies and exchanges, and other initiatives that support the goals of the strategic partnership.
