Corrimal Swim Club Point Score - Conditions of Entry
1. Corrimal Swim Club Point Score Programme is approved by the South Eastern Swimming Association and Swimming NSW Limited.
2. The Corrimal Swim Club Point Score Programme will be conducted under the rules of Swimming Australia and Swimming NSW.
3. For the No.1 and No.2 Point Score, the swimmer’s age is the age of the swimmer at the first Point Score date of the season. For Time Trials, swimmer’s age the date the event is held. For Club Championships, the swimmer’s age as at 17th February 2018.
4. Events will be conducted as timed finals.
5. Events conducted as mixed gender events.
6. Entries for Point Score No.1 and No.2 open 6 days (the Saturday) prior to the published Point Score date.
7. Entries for Time Trials open 6am two days preceding the Time Trial date.
8. ALL entries close 7:00pm the day prior to the published Point Score or Time Trial date unless the meet timeline limit is reached prior.
9. Late entries may be accepted with consideration to timeline and lane availability.
10. The meet director reserves the right to amend the programme of events and conditions of entry.
11. Point Score No.1 – entries restricted to financial members of Corrimal Swim Club. Only one freestyle event and one off-stroke event may be swum (maximum of two events per swimmer). Entry fees apply and will be published internally to Corrimal Swim Club members. No refunds.
12. Point Score No.2 – entries restricted to financial members of Corrimal Swim Club (maximum of one event per swimmer). Entry fees apply and will be published internally to Corrimal Swim Club members. No refunds.
13. Time Trials - entries open to financial members of Corrimal Swim Club and all SNSW affiliated swimmers. Maximum of three events per swimmer per time trial date. Entry fee $5 per individual time trial event. No refunds. Time trial events do not accumulate points toward the Corrimal Swim Club Point Score tally. Time trials events may be amalgamated with Point Score 1 and 2 events subject to Referee approval.
14. Due to timeline requirements, only dry land warm up and warm down areas will be available. All swimmers are responsible for satisfying their individual warm up and warm down requirements.
15. Swimmers participating in a Corrimal Swim Club Point Score event declare themselves suitably fit and proficient to complete the event by virtue of marshalling for that event.
16. Results will be submitted to the South Eastern Swimming Association Area and Swimming NSW within seven (7) days of the Point Score Programme date prior to being uploaded to Results Central for public viewing.
17. All swimmers under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Parents and/or guardians will be asked to assist with event time keeping as assigned by the meet director.
18. For online entries, swimmers require their Swimming NSW user name and password. Payment via credit card only.
