Prior to starting an assignment, a People Direct candidate undergoes a thorough interview, skills testing, comprehensive screening, and receives a customized orientation that outlines the policies and procedures of the client organization. This in-depth screening determines a candidate’s eligibility to work in the U.S., his or her work history, a pre-employment drug screening, and if required, a background/security check. Fully 30% of our applicants are rejected as a result of our screening, ensuring that only the best and most qualified candidates are sent to your agency. Screening is only one part of ensuring quality staffing services.

We believe that our employees’ performance is a direct reflection of whom we are and what we stand for; that’s why we have implemented a Quality Assurance Program. This Quality Assurance Program includes - a thorough interview, skills testing, and comprehensive screening. We then administer a customized orientation that outlines the policies and procedures of the client’s organization. We also deliver continuous high-quality services by having a rapid response time of 30 minutes or less, customer visits, and weekly reporting as well as quarterly business reviews.

Because we know that exceptional employees are imperative to a successful company, we developed a Working Interview Program. Our risk-free solution guarantees you the best temporary employees. Our candidate will work for the client for 4 hours, and then it is up to you to decide if the employee is the best fit. If you are not fully satisfied, we will find a quality replacement, and you will not have to pay for the hours the first person worked.

We have cooperative partnerships with other staffing companies that enable us to access a virtually unlimited labor pool across the U.S. Thus, we have the means to recruit and implement our Quality Assurance Program throughout the U.S. and beyond.
