A great new on-line tool that supports assessment, tracks progress and evidences impact in PE, school sport and physical activity both in and out of school as well as supporting young people’s personal, moral, social and health development. Skills2Achieve provides a clear framework for PE assessment without levels. Piloted in Cornwall by St Breock Primary School – come and find out more about the tool and the four themes (physical me, healthy me, social me and thinking me) that underpin the resource, with creativity as a thread running throughout.

15.50-16.20 / ‘Working with Young Carers’ Kevin Downing Action for Children/Kernow Young Carers work with young people in a caring role. The aim to make the caring role more positive for the young person. This workshop will give a brief overview of the service and discuss how they can help support young carers in your school. (And come and pick up a copy of the Young Carers in Cornwall strategy and Schools Information Pack).

We will be introducing ‘Safe in a Box’ and explaining how schools can access our Domestic Abuse Awareness sessions kit.
