Our Las Vegas facility is an operations hub, servicing and fulfilling material, equipment and gear for our crew in the field on global tours and projects. Our ideal candidate will have spent time in the touring business and/or come from a similar or related live entertainment background. Technical/servicing acumen, operations know-how and excellent leadership skills will be key to success in this role.
Core Accountabilities:
- Directs and manages the day-to-day activities and operations of facilities in North America
- Ensures all company facilities are operated in accordance, at a minimum, with local Health and Safety guidelines
- Ensures associates are managed in a professional and respectful manner at all times
- Ensures company equipment and assets are maintained and managed in accordance with client experience, project management, business development and innovation requirements
- Meets Service, Quality and Cost Goals
- Assists in the development and execution of all facility standard operating procedures, including quality standards related to product/equipment training and testing standards
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of picking, inspecting, packing and shipping of outbound and returned orders
- Establish a process to measure project performance against stipulated KPIs
- Leads, communicates, manages and implements facility operational change
- Ensure associates adhere to processes required to effectively operate the ERP system
- Works collaboratively across the organization to achieve team and company goals

Qualifications:
- Ideallythe candidate will have experience within a Touring, entertainment or relatedenvironment
- Technical acumen, hands-on experience with equipment service and repair are strong advantages
- Post-secondary diploma and related Inventory Management or Warehouse work in a multi-sku, multi warehouse environment is desired
- Well developed and highly effective people-management skills and experience
- Experience working with Inventory Management and WMS modules in an ERP system (NetSuite) would be strong assets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Excellent data reporting and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask many ongoing projects at once
- A strong customer service mindset
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
