Role Title 
Brand Development Manager - M&S / Role Summary 
The BDM is responsible for achieving M&S micro and macro KPI's for in-store staff catering, including central planning and co-ordination with other key stakeholders to drive improvement and innovation in the catering offer. In-store training and monitoring to achieve consistent agreed standards in food and service and support to help stores and centre achieve financial and food safety targets.

Key Role Accountabilities  /
  • Consistent and correct delivery of 'your café' offer through liaison with in-store catering teams, store and regional management
  • Showcasing of new M&S product ranges in 'your café' and in sync with phase change dates including production of marketing materials
  • Showcasing of 'your café' to regional key stakeholders, RLT, National BIG, use of the development kitchen
  • Analysis of sales and costs data to steer menu development in line with customer demand and SPR performance
  • Management of approved product list and all supporting documentation - menus, pricing, reference guides, e-ticketing
  • Weekly product fixing
  • Store visits as required to deliver brand consistency across 'your lounge' format
  • Management of M&S central support mailbox and helpdesk including Yammer
  • Support for new store openings
  • your 'lounge' offer development and standards support planning
  • Monthly production of store and regional MI
