This form is filled out and forwarded to the Secretary Treasurer by September 14th, 2013.
The academic school year does not coincide with the actual days the school busses are required to run due to the conventions, in-services, etc. Please submit the actual days that the school bus service will be required in your area for each individual month.
Each School records these days in the “Required Bussing Days” column below.
