IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  1. Room reservation shall not be made unless full payment for the accommodation is received together with the registration fee of P7,800.
  1. Payment for room reservation shall be forfeited if delegate cancels his/her reservation after January 31, 2017.
  1. Full charges for no show on confirmed rooms based on the inclusive dates and rate. The same applies for early check outs. (Any additional charge/s shall be paid by the individual delegate)
  1. Delegates shall settle their extended room accommodation and other incidental personal expenses directly with The Taal Vista Hotel upon check out.
  1. Room reservation shall be made strictly on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis at the BAIPHIL Secretariat at Unit 2103, 21/FThe Peak Tower, 107 L.P. Leviste Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City. Reservation must be made on the official form at the reverse side.
  1. Deadline for payment and reservations is on January 31, 2017. Reservation after the said date shall be subject to availability of room.
  1. The Hotel enforces a strict Dress Code. Generally, sleeveless, shirts, slippers and sandals are not permitted. Moreover, each outlet has its own Dress Code notice posted at the entrance.
