Got Talent?:“Got Talent? Coulee Region” is a variety show featuring the best talent
the Coulee Region has to offer. All acts are invited to audition with the top acts
chosen to perform the night of the show.
Purpose: The Holmen Area Partnership for Youth’s “Got Talent? Coulee Region” is a fundraiser to benefit the Holmen Boys and Girls Club.
Entrants: Amateur and professional entertainers are invited to enter. Comedians, dancers, musicians, singer-songwriters, poets, magicians....anyone who thinks they have talent. All acts are limited to five minutes total stage time (including setup).
Eligibility: Open to all individuals who have talent. No age limit. Youths under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to audition and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Talent and costumes must be suitable for all ages. Animal acts and flammables are not allowed.
Awards:$100 Prize for each category
- Solo Vocal/instrumental/Dance
- Group Vocal/instrumental/Dance
- Middle/High School (Grades 6 – 12)
- Elementary (Grades Pre-K – 5th)
- People’s Choice Award
Entry Fee:$10 for solo acts, $20 for group acts. (Non-refundable)

Indemnification: ARTIST hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PRESENTER< its agents, officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses (including reasonable counsel fees) and liabilities of any nature whatsoever resulting from or arising out of the engagement “Got Talent? Coulee Region”, any items distributed or sold by PRESENTER or under its authority or control in connection with the engagement, the material submitted or provided by ARTIST during the engagement and/or the materials submitted or provided by ARTIST for use in printed programs. Such claims shall include, but shall not be limited to, those resulting from or arising out of a) the unauthorized use of any idea, creation, literary, musical or artistic material or intellectual property in connection with any performance of the
engagement, b) any act done or words spoken by ARTIST or its agents or employees, c) any damage done to performance space or any part thereof caused by the act or omission either of ARTIST or any agent or employee of ARTIST, or any breach by ARTIST of any of the terms of our agreement, and/or e) any breach or alleged breach of any representations and/or warrants made by ARTIST.
Insurance: All artists and support personnel engaged by the ARTIST for the showing are the employees of the ARTIST. It is understood that the ARTIST has provided for all necessary insurance coverage related to the ARTIST and ARTIST’S employees and property, including disability, Social Security, worker’s compensation and hazard. PRESENTER shall not be responsible or have any liability whatsoever for loss or damage or injury to any person or any equipment or property owned, rented or brought onto the property of the PRESENTER by the ARTIST or any agent or employee of ARTIST.
