Bowdoin College The Explore Bowdoin program offers high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to visit Bowdoin's campus. Brandeis University SEED: Students exploring and Embracing Diversity The SEED program is for students interested in multiculturalism, social justice, and the dynamic diversity available at Brandeis University. Applicants will have the opportunity to meet Brandeis students and faculty, stay overnight in a dorm, and connect with the Brandeis multicultural center. Eligibility: Students must be entering their senior year of high school, and be either U.S. citizens or permanent citizens. Preference will be given to students from traditionally underrepresented populations in higher education, including first-generation college students.

Colby College Experience Colby Colby values diversity of all kinds and seeks to enroll students who also value diversity. If this describes you, we want you to consider a visit to campus—for FREE. Grinnell College Diversity Leaders Program The Grinnell College Diversity Preview program allows students to apply to a free campus trip. Students will stay overnight with a current student; attend classes and an information session on admission and financial aid as well as receiving a tour of the campus. Scripps College Multicultural Outreach Travel grants are available on a case-by-case basis for students who live more than 150 miles from campus and who need financial assistance to get to campus. Smith College Women of Distinction Program The Women of Distinction program for high school seniors highlights the opportunities at Smith College for African American, Asian American, Latina and Native American students. Participants in this three-day program will explore Smith College and determine whether it might be an appropriate college choice for them. Students will live in campus houses, experience the academic and social life at Smith and attend panels and workshops on student life and the college admission process. Union College (NY)Union College will be hosting two overnight college preview programs for high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds, who might otherwise be unable to visit Union’s campus. These programs are designed to allow students to learn more about our academic offerings; give them an authentic view of what life can be like at Union; and provide opportunities to engage with current students, faculty and administrators. Because we understand that traveling may pose a significant financial burden for many families, the College covers the entire cost of the trip, including all transportation (by plane, train or bus) and meals. Please note that preference is given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.

Williams College Windows on Williams

Every fall, through Windows on Williams, the College offers roughly 150 low-income, first-generation and underrepresented high school seniors a three-day, all-expenses paid trip to the college. Participants are able to attend classes, meet professors and current students, and experience life as a Williams student first-hand. Cornell University College of Engineering Diversity Hosting Weekend This program is for students from traditionally underrepresented groups who are planning on majoring in engineering. There are a limited number of travel grants available for students who have financial need. Students must complete a travel grant application to be eligible for this grant money. Eligibility: Must be a HS Senior who has completed one year each of Calculus, Chemistry, and Physics. Students must also be from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds.
