CONSIGNMENTS

I have read, and am in agreement with, the Sassy Seconds Store consignment guidelines.______

We accept consignments Tuesday & Wednesday from 9 am – 5 pm. Other times can be arranged through appointment. If time permits, we will look through your items while you wait.All clothing items MUST be brought in on plastic hangers. NO bags or boxes!!!. Thanks!!! Other times by appointment.

If you elect to pick up any “No Thank You” items we will call you when we have inspected the consignment. These items must be picked up within 48 hours of the specified date or items will be donated. We reserve the right to refuse any item.

PRICING

Price tags are typed and attached by the consignor. The consignor sets the price of the item. However, if the consignor would like suggestions or help on how to price an item SSS will be happy to assist you in determining a price that willbe the best possible price for all parties.

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

Items to be sold are placed on the floor for entire seasonal sale period, and the consignor agrees that the items will remain on the floor for the full period.Spring/Summer Season is February to August. Fall/Winter Season is September to January

DONATIONS OR PICK-UPs

If you want to pick up any items that did not sell for that season, you must schedule a pick up date and time one week in advance. We will pull your items and e-mail you once your items are ready to be picked up. You will need to pick them up within 48 hours. Any items not picked up within 48 hours become property of Sassy Seconds and may be donated to a local charity. Consignor’s who asked to have unsold items returned will be notified viae-mail and via our Facebook announcement that unsold items are available and should be picked up during the following two-week period. If unsold items are not picked up during that time, they become store property, most of which are then donated to charities.

PAYMENT

Consignor receives 50% of the final selling price of your items. You can check your account activity and balance at any time by entering our state (MS), the store name (Sassy Seconds Store), your ID, and your last name. If for some reason this method will not work, please e-mail us at and we will be happy to help you. All payments will be made via PayPal accounts. If you would like a check mailed to you, please know that there is a 2.00 fee deducted from your consignor earning for the overhead expenses of mailing checks (envelope, stamps, address labels, check paper, ink, etc.) SSS prefers using PayPal for most payments. We do not pay on items sold within the last 48 hours because of our return policy.

MARKDOWNS

Sassy Seconds will have markdowns closer to the end of the season that may be applied to your items. This will help sell your item if it has been on the sales floor for longer than 4 moths. consignment items will stay on our floor until Sassy Seconds Store officially ends its season.

I understand that in order to sell items at the Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC the following statements are true and correct: Please, initial below:

the items at Sassy Seconds Store D.B.A. Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC

_____ (initial) I understand and agree that Sassy Seconds Store D.B.A. Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC is NOT

responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

_____ (initial) I understand that Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC is only a broker/agent for me the

Consignor. Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC has no obligation to pay for unsold

items. Title possession remains with me, the Consignor.

_____ (Initial)I understand consignor earning will be paid via PayPal or if a checkis requested a $2.00 fee will be

deducted from my consignor earnings to cover the expenses or issuing a check.

_____ (Initial) I have verified that NO item I am consigning is the subject of any current,

pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety

Commission. Each item is in good operating condition. No item is defective,

broken or damaged in any way. Any repaired item was repaired by the original

manufacturer and will have paperwork to support that in accordance with the

manufacturer warranty program.

donated by Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC designated organization(s). No exceptions will be made.

outdated, faded, smelly, stained items, or any items deemed inappropriate.

_____(Initial)I understand that Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC reserves the right to charge a $20

handling fee for lost checks and a $28 bank service fee for stopping payment on

lost checks. Both fees will be deducted from the final consignor earnings.

with Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC within a 60 mile radius for 24 months or 2 years

ACCEPTANCE

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.

I also understand that Sassy Seconds Store (Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC) is NOT responsible for loss or damage of contracted items due to fire, theft, vandalism or natural disaster before or after selling of the items. I understand

that after I buy any item and leave Sassy Seconds Store (Sassy Seconds Vicksburg, LLC) that Sassy Seconds Store is not responsible for any damages cause by any item sold at Sassy Seconds Store to any place. I confirm that I am the owner of all the goods placed on consignment and that they are free and clear of liens and any other claims. I am over 18 years of age.
