Recruitment Plan

Spokane Recruitment Trip – September 20, 2013

Tacoma/Seattle Recruitment Trip – September 27, 2013

  • Recruitment Directorsent out an email to prospective high schoolswith high populations of AAPI students. Postcards and Flyers were later mailed out to all High Schools with Conference Information informing them of recruitment dates.
  • A promotional video will be made and sent to all High Schools to be shown during video announcements (if available)

Registration Plan

  • All applications will be online.
  • Consent forms and New Heights New Hopes scholarship forms will be due at the time of registration
  • New Heights New Hopes scholarship applications will be accepted after October 5, but will result in a point reduction (according to the rubric)
  • Registration has been live since August 15, 2013
  • Students will be notified of their acceptance or denial by October 10, 2013
  • Students will submit payments after they have been notified of their acceptance. Registration fees are due October 15, 2013
