The Conference venue is the Mercure Haydock Hotel, Penny Lane, Haydock, WA119SG; for further information visit
Niemann-Pick UK has secured exclusive use of the hotel for the duration of the Conference.
Limited funds are available for those families needing assistance with conference fees or travel expenses.
All applications are treated in confidence. Please contact us for more information.
Thanks to the generosity of our grant funders and sponsors for this event, NPUK is able to substantially subsidise conference fees and accommodation costs for affected families and individuals wishing to attend this event.

Step 3: Children and Young Adults’ Activity Programme
We will once again be running an activity programme for children and young adults alongside the main Conference programme. The Programme, which runs on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th September, is free of charge and delivered by a team of trained volunteers.
This year, participants will visit a local attraction on Saturday 23rdSeptember and enjoy on-site activities on Sunday 24th September.

Step 4: Conference Fees - Weekend Rate
NPUK substantially subsidises fees for families. The Weekend Rate includes:
• Dinner on Friday
• Breakfast, refreshments, buffet lunch and dinner on Saturday
• Breakfast, refreshments and buffet lunch on Sunday

Accommodation can only be reserved through NPUK. Available room types are as follows:
- Single Occupancy Room
- Twin Room - Sleeps up to two adults with room for a cot or z-bed
- Double Room - Sleeps up to two adults with room for a cot or a z-bed
- Family Room - Sleeps up to two adults and two children under the age of 8
- Accessible Room - Fitted with easy-access bathroom, emergency cord and appropriate fittings (limited availability).
*Concessions are available for families needing more than one bedroom.

*Please note: All accommodation charges must be settled in full on or before Sunday 24th September 2017.
