CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Hats. The Pony Club Hat Rule is mandatory. They should be tagged – available on the day. Body protectors, long sleeves and medical armbands must be worn. Riders who choose to use the Woof Wear body cage Exo must lodge a key with the event organizer when they collect their number.
1. The decision of the judge is final and any objection must be made to the Secretary with a deposit of £10, refundable if the objection is upheld.
2. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify anyone for misuse of whip or spurs, dangerous riding or any horse in poor or lame condition. Horses/Ponies should not be left unattended outside at any time.
3. No horse or pony may compete more than once in any class, except in pairs classes. No horse or pony may go round more than 3 times.
4. Placings will be decided on an optimum time.
5. In the case of an accident the costs to the vet or paramedic must be met by the injured party.
6. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or change any classes and to adjust prize money if there are insufficient entries.

LEGAL LIABILITY Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this Event, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent,employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any
accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
HEALTH AND SAFETY. The organiser of this Event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
