CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Entries close on Monday 23rd April 2018 - no refund for cancellation after this date unless a vets certificate is provided. Please use the official entry form only. In the event of the competition being cancelled, the entry fees, less £15 per class, will be refunded.
2. No horse or pony may compete more than once. No competitor may ride more than two horses without the express permission of the Entries Secretary.
3. The Event will run under Pony Club Eventing Rules 2018. These are available on The Pony Club website.
4. No motor vehiclespermitted anywhere except official car parks.
5. The parking of cars will be separate to lorries and trailers.
6. KEEP OFF ALL SPORTS PITCHES at ALL times. Follow signsCLOSELY to Dressage and Jumping. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE DRESSAGE ARENAS ARE A CONSIDERABLE WALK FROM THE LORRY PARK.
7. The Organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and to refuse any entry without any reason. The decision of the Chief Steward will be final and binding.
8. The Organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor whose headgear is not adequately secure when mounted. A riding hat to PAS 015 1998 or 2011, with BS Kitemark, Snell 2001 with the official Snell label and numbers, VG1 with BSI Kitemark, ASTM F1163 2004a with the SEI mark or AS/NZ 3838 1998, 2003 or 2006must be worn in all phases. All competitors MUST wear a skull cap, i.e. a hat with no peakand an effective body protector in the showjumping/cross country phase. Keys forbodycages must be left with the organizer whilst competing in the showjumping/ cross country phase. Medical armbands are advised if members are not accompanied by a responsible adult.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Atherstone Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.

Entry fees include the cost of providing medical cover by way of an enhanced Paramedic Ambulance -no additional starting fee will be charged.
All classes entry fees £45 (AHBPC members £40)
Late entries, if accepted, will be subject to a £5 surcharge
Number Bibs -Every rider will be required to use a BE style number bib. These will be available to hire for a returnable deposit of £10 or purchase for £10. Alternatively, if you already own one, then please bring it with you.
COURSE INSPECTION
The course will be available for walking on Friday 27th April between 2.00pm and 6.00pm. Gates will be locked at 6.30pmprompt

TACK AND TURNOUT REGULATIONS
There will be an inspection of tack and turn out in the Collecting Ring. All Hats must be tagged to current Pony Club Rules.
Please feel free to wear cross country colours for the jumping phase.
