GAA AGM
Conahy Shamrocks GAA Club will hold their AGM on this Friday, December 11th at 8.00 p.m. in the GAA Clubhouse. All club members are welcome.
BÓRD NA N-ÓG AGM
Conahy Shamrocks Bórd na nÓg held a successful AGM recently with the following Officers and Team Managers selected for 2016: Chairperson - Seanie O'Mahony, Vice-Chairperson - Joe Rice, Secretary - Patricia Downey, Treasurer - Patricia O'Mahony, Minor Manager-Eamon Delaney, Under 16 Manager -Sean Cahill, Under 14 Manager -Tony Gunner, Under 12 Manager -Tony Duggan, Under 10 Manager -Mark Mooney, Under 8 Manager -Brian Lacey, Under 6 Manager -Paul Byrne, Schools Hurling and Football Manager -John Dermody.
LOTTO RESULTS
The numbers in the recent Conahy Shamrocks GAA Club Lotto draw were 10, 30 and 37. There was no jackpot winners and so the consolation prize winners wereNickey Brennan, Simon Young, Joe Young, Anne Marie Dunne and Kay Gunner. The promoters’ prize winners were Teresa Dollard, Helen Cahill and Mona Dooley.This week’s jackpot now increases to €2,700.
CONAHY SENIOR CITIZENS CHRISTMAS PARTY
If you are over 60 and retired and you would like to attend the Conahy Senior Citizens Christmas Party, it will take place on this Sunday, December 13th at 3.00 p.m. in Conahy Shamrocks GAA Clubhouse. ST. VINCENT DE PAUL

CONAHY CHRISTMAS CARDS
Conahy Christmas Cards are now on sale and will be available after all Masses this coming weekend and at Dooley’s Garage at only €5 per pack or 5 packs for €20. They are also available from Fr. O’Gorman on 087-2236145. All proceeds will go towards the purchase of a cinema quality projector for Conahy Hall. Please support.
REBECCA STORM
Tickets for the Rebecca Storm concert that will take place on Friday, February 26th, 2016, in Conahy Church are now available. They cost €30 and are a great Christmas gift. CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS MASS
Help is required from anyone over 16 to 30 to help prepare for the Children’s Christmas Eve Mass. We would like to make this Celebration of the Eucharist as creative and participative as possible. Parents, brothers and sisters of children preparing for First Holy Communion or Confirmation are also particularly very welcome.Please call Fr. SENIOR FORÓIGE
In order to commence training for leaders for Conahy Senior Foróige, at least 3 male volunteers are currently required. Full training will be provided to all interested. Go on and give up 2 hours per week! Call Damien 087-1649568 if interested.
BLOOD DONOR CLINIC
The Blood Donor Clinic will be in the Community Centre, Freshford, tomorrow (Thursday) from 5.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. A special effort is required by all to ensure essential blood supplies. New and lapsed donors are particularly welcome.
