NEW STUDENTS

August 10th, 2017is thefinancial commitment date by which students must have taken payment action to maintain course registration.

Complete one of the following by August 10th, 2017:

•Make a minimum payment of $1900 towards your health insurance, tuition deposit & international student fee.

•Contract an approved payment plan with Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS)to pay your bill in monthly installments. Sign up by going to eServices, log in and select Bills and Payment.

•Pay tuition and fees in full.

While in the U.S., you are responsible for all financial obligations: tuition, health insurance, books, rent, telephone bills, credit card expenses, food, shelter, etc., and for all the bills owed to MSUM. This is a serious matter and it is critically important that you maintain your financial matters accordingly, as you will not be able to register or continue courses at MSUM until your MSUM bill is paid in full. Students must pay approximately $1900 within first five days of your arrival or before 17th of August 2017.

Exchange Students:You are required to pay the $1900 before August 17th. The $1900 will go towards what you are required to pay to MSUM (i.e: Housing cost and/or Tuition and fees charge, etc)

August 10th, 2017: Pay $1900. (Health Insurance, International Student Fee and remaining for course registration) Exchange students: $1900. will go towards housing, tuition and/or insurance

Between August 21stand August 25th, 2017, 4 p.m.make your registration changes: Free Drop/Add Period is 5 days.All classes not dropped by August 25th, 2017 become charges owed and must be paid. Remember, you must be registered for at least 12 credits as an international student.

For fallsemester 2017, the payment-in-full date is September 25th(25 business days after the start of the semester). Full payment of all remaining charges are due unless the student has obtained an approved payment plan. If bills are not paid, you will not be able to register for upcoming semester, obtain a transcript, or work on-campus. Wire Funds Go to

REMEMBER, BILLS ARE NOT MAILED! You can view, print and pay your bill on line through eServices under the Bills and Payment tab.
