Competitive Team Contract(Sept 2014 – May2015)

This contract is between Tsunami Swimming (team) and ______, (parent) the parent/guardian of ______(swimmers), for swimmer’s participation on the Tsunami Swimming Competitive Team. This contract is effective from September 8, 2014 to May 22,20115

Team fees are based on swimmers’ practice group placement. If the head coach advances a swimmer to a higher practice group, parent will be responsible for paying for the remaining months at the higher group rate.There is a discount for payment in full and for additional team swimmers.

Registration fee There is a non-refundable registration fee of $90 per swimmer. This pays for USA Swimming registration, Virginia Swimming registration.

Scrip Fundraiser: Families may pay this amount or participate in the scrip fundraiser. All funds raised by the family through scrip purchases will offset this fee.

Meet Fees: Meet fee charges are NOT included in team fees. Families will be invoiced for meet fee charges. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. All families are required to help time at meets. Parents are encouraged to become certified officials.

Payment options: (Initial the option selected) Payments may be made by cash or check. Credit card and electronic check payments are accepted online through Paypal at the Tsunami Swimming website. Monthly online autopay can be set up for recurring charges each month.

Cancellation: Should swimmer(s) cease to participate with Tsunami for any reason, parent will be responsible for all fees.

Trial Period: Families of new swimmers onlymay cancel their contract upon request within 2 weeks of their swimmer’s first practice. Registration feesare still due the first day of practice and are non-refundable.
