Tadpoles - under 10 years on 1 January 2015 (Minimum age: 8 yrs on day of competition

Timetable

Please note these times are guidelines and maybe altered all times will be sent to team Managers and posted on Area 12 website

Area Qualifiers will be riding at OffchurchBury CV33 9AR times will be posted on the Area 12 website

Swim 7.00pm Friday 10th –Saturday 11th -Shoot 9.30. Run 12.00 - Riding Course will be open to walk on Saturday 11thfrom 12.00am competition start 2.00 for minis and Tadpoles

Swimming: Team Managers are asked to indicate on the Entry Form that the competitors, electing to dive, have demonstrated that they have

achieved the A.S.A. Competitive Start Award standard.

Shooting: Open, Intermediate and Juniors will shoot on turning targets. Minimus & Tadpoles onstatic targets. Please note that all loaders must be18 years of age or over.

Please ensure all competitors’ hats are tagged

No Jewellery of any sort to be worn

Minimus--- there will be some L fences for Minis - please make the minis are aware of the rules for L fences if there is no L they maybe allowed 3 refusals and move on at the judge’s discretion. If minis wish to move down to Tadpoles they will loose 1000 points.

Tadpoles will have a chose at some fences and will not have gate or slip rail.They will be deducted 500 points if led

No horse to be ridden more than twice.

Body protectors and Medical Armbands to be worn by all competitors for cross-country.

Objections: Through Team Managers only to the Organisers or relevant Phase Steward.

Health & Safety: A riding hat must be worn correctly fastened when mounted. Pony Club members must wear a hat that conforms to The Pony Club hat

The organizer of the event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the healthy and safety of everyone present

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey

the instructions of the organizer and all the officials and stewards.

Photographic

Rights : It is important that the D C or Team Manager give permission on be half of their competitors for any photographic and/or film or

TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever

for editorial purpose, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club

Prizegiving: Saturday 11th for Minis Tadpoles and Triathletes and the end of the classes

ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON THE LEAD AT ALL TIMES

The times, maps any other relevant information will be sent to you by email

So please ensure your email address is on the entry form and written clearly. If you do not have email then please enclose a 1st class stamped

address envelope.

They will also be posted on the Area 12 website

Jump Judges: Please email and with your Jump Judge

information on or before 23rd June 2015

It is important I get all the information requested in order to contact the jump judges with times on the day
