PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION

If you had to visualise compassion, communities and a good death, what images spring to mind? The Compassionate Communities Photography Competition is inviting you to submit photographs which you think represent these areas. Your images will help us develop a compassionate community approach to death and dying, and end of life services. .

There are three categories to submit a photograph to:

  • compassion
  • communities
  • agood death

Competition is open to Teesside University students.

Please email your photographs to . You must download and complete the Entry Form (link to form) and attach it to your email. Any photographs submitted without the Entry Form will not be eligible.

Entry closing date: 14 February.

Winners announced: 18 February.

The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.

Competition regulations

1Entries will only be accepted from anyone over 18 years old.

2Your entries must be your own work.

3You may enter all three categories but can only submit one photograph per category.

4Any photographs submitted without the Entry Form will not be eligible.

5By agreeing to enter this competition you give permission for the Compassionate Communities project to use the photographs submitted for promotional purposes associated with Teesside University.

6Entry closing date: 14 February 2011. Winners announced: 18 February 2011
