  1. The Ash/Columbus Storage Pipeline project was awarded to L. D’Agostini & Sons, Inc. The company is located in Michigan. Notice to proceed was given October 7, 2010 and work will begin early November. The project is expected to take 18 months to complete. Weather may delay the process. Completion is expected by Summer 2012. Neighborhood meetings have already been held and traffic should not be impacted. Once complete the pipeline will hold 2.1million gallons of water.
  1. Lochwood/Devilbiss project will be ongoing through early summer. Preparation to remove cross connections is ongoing. Project scheduled to begin next year.
  1. Open-cut work is being done at Berkey. Sewers are being replaced. There is an issue with the water line at Berkey and Drexel, which may take 6-8 weeks to correct.
  1. Traffic on Sylvania is one way. “Business Open” signs have been put in place.
  1. Bidding is scheduled January 1, 2011 for SSES Projects to convert manhole covers and do minor separation projects.
