Community Group Health Check Discussion Questions

Congratulations on completing a new quarter with your Community Group! We hope that this has been a time to strengthen your personal relationships and to grow spiritually. Thank you for completing the Community Group Health Check.

We encourage your Community Group to review the health check assessment questions and discuss the reasons behind how you rated each question and your reasoning for that rating. This is a time to look honestly at how your group is meeting your needs and the areas where improvements can be made. We have included the initial questions found on the health Check questionnaire as well as some additional questions to reflect upon. We recommend that you celebrate the areas where your group is excelling and share with one another any positive transformations, insights, or relationships that have occurred over this quarter. Also take the time to talk about any areas where improvements can be made or clear up any unresolved issues. We hope this resource is helpful.
