I confirm that the submitted details are approved under the power delegated to me by the County Council. I enclose a copy of the drawing stamped approved with today’s date. Please note that although the surface water drainage layout is approved, as it is the intention to connect to the highway drainage network outside the site the consent of the Highway Authority will also be required.

In respect of condition 1, I also note the intention to begin ‘setting out’ the proposed building on site before 25th June and would be grateful if you could let me know when this happens.

I would also take this opportunity to confirm there are no other planning conditions requiring approval before commencement of development. There are however other conditions (numbers 3, 4, 5 and 7) which remain outstanding and will require formal discharge before the development can be brought into use. I would also draw your attention to condition 6 regarding demolition of the garage and the potential impact this might have on wildlife, particularly protected species.

Yours sincerely

Tony Cook
