Graves County Fiscal Court met this day in a regular called meeting. Those present were Commissioners Todd Hayden, Tyler Goodman & Richie Galloway.

Present and presiding, Jesse Perry, Graves County Judge Executive.

Public hearing was held to close the alley behind 47 State Route 339 South. No public comments were made. Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye, to close the non-maintained alley behind 47 State Route 339 South.

Lauren Carr and students from the Mayfield Graves County ASAP were present informing the Fiscal Court of upcoming activities and events.

Mr. George Cates brought a question to the Fiscal Court regarding the length of Rex Road and where it ended. There were signed affidavits from Mr. Dennis Canter and Mr. Danny Travis, Graves County Road Foreman, dating back to 2012 and 2013 stating that Rex Road ended before the culvert. Per the affidavits the opinion of the Graves County Attorney was that the length of Rex Road is 2197 feet and ended before the culvert. Mr. Canter stated that he will take the barrier that is before the culvert down.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the minutes from February 22, 2016 Regular Fiscal Court Meeting.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the 2nd Reading and Adoption of Electrical Inspection Ordinance.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve aye to approve the Electrical Inspector Contract with Joel Crider.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the claims as presented by the Graves County Treasurer.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Graves County Fiscal Court February 2016 Financial Statement.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Jail February 2016 Canteen Statement.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Jail February 2016 Housing Report.

Graves County Conservation District presented their 2016-2017 Budget to the Fiscal Court.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye giving permission for Judge Perry to make personnel changes as needed.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve ACE Compressor Parts & Service, Inc. Tax Incentives for Payroll Tax Payback.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve for the County to pay the Building Inspection Fees and Permits for LSK Inc..

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Executive Order for the Local Option Election for June 28, 2016.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye that the regular meeting of the Graves County Fiscal Court be adjourned.
