1. Reviewed minutes, as below, from AGM held on Sunday 8th February
Proposal document
The following documents were reviewed; statement of intent, time line, and cost of membership, income and expense forecast and club constitution.
Structure of club
The club will be set up and run as a unincorporated association.
Home Ground
The club will be based on South Wirral High School Plymyard Avenue, Eastham, Merseyside CH62 8EH. (Proposal to Anselmians Rugby Club withdrawn on 8th March 2014)
Club name
Bromborough and Eastham Junior Football Club.
Club colours
Blue and red, with team colours to be decided individually.
Fundraising
All sponsorship and fundraising will go directly to the club in Year 1.
In Year 2, and subsequent years, teams will be able to raise funds individually.
A fundraising event will be held in May or June 2015.
Any Other Business
A number of those present expressed their intent to pay their first year's membership in full so as to allow the club to be able to purchase equipment prior to the start of the 2015/16 season.
All children will be invited to submit a design for the club badge.

2. Update on progress of setting up of new club
Affiliation with Cheshire F/A
Name approved and club set up on F.A website.
Club welfare officer will need to attend workshop prior to affiliation being accepted for 2015/16 season. Colin Jones in contact with Cheshire F.A. to arrange.
Club bank account
Bank account set up for girls' teams. Bank account for boys team in progress.
Insurance
Insurance required covering players and coaches between April 2015 and June 2015. Cost circa £50
To be purchased w/c 23rd March.

Sponsors to receive replica team shirt and team photograph.
£200 for 2 years to be minimum sponsorship. A number of those present felt they may be able to secure a higher amount of money. In these instances first £200 would go to the club, any additional money would go directly to the individual team.
Team Numbers
Academy Reception Year = indication of a number of parents wishing to move over to new club. Agreed we would offer training to current reception year and seek coaches to support this.
Academy Year 1 = 12 regularly training, looking to increase to 16/18 by August 2015.
Under 7's = plans based on 32 Children moving over. Games will remain 5/6-a-side in 2015.
Stars = 26 girls regularly training – 15 registration forms completed for new club (6 paying by standing order, 9 pay per training session) 1st standing order payment to be taken on the 1st April

Posters designed and ready to be distributed in April.

Club website set up. Webmasters Simon Scroxton, Mike Blackburn and Colin Jones.
Existing facebook pages for the under 7's, Stars and Academy to be merged in May 2015.
F.A. Coaching courses
Organisation of F.A. coaching courses assigned to Andy Davies.

4. Kit and Equipment
Badge design
Forms distributed, £1 entry fee, entries to be submitted by Saturday 28th March. £1 entry fee to cover club insurance between April 2015 and June 2015
Top 3/5 designs would be chosen and passed to graphic designer prior to final selection.
Kit and equipment
Agreed that kits would be a priority. Boys teams will have same home kit which will be Navy and Red.
Zeus Navy and Red stripped shirt discussed, Mike Blackburn to review cost.
Girls to choose either to remain in Pink or move to Navy and Red.
5. Requests since last meeting
Storage of goals at South Wirral School – not available.
Pitch marking at South Wirral High School – not available as pitches marked out for 11 a side games.
Entry into summer tournaments (June/July 2015) - All teams will have £50 available towards entering. a tournament this summer.
Organisation of own football tournament – Club not in a position to offer this year.
Additional coaching assistance for Stars - to speak to girls parents.
Training poles and size 4 footballs requested by girls' teams – received and paid out of surplus money collected at training sessions.
Gauge interest of girls in playing league games – to speak to girls parents.
Underpayment of boys indoor training during March – Underpayments to be addressed by team managers at training on Thursday 26th March.
5. Any other business
Mike Devoy volunteered his assistance with coaching the Year 1 Academy, subject to other commitments.
Academy to commence training at South Wirral on Thursday 16th April.
