1.In the references first and second cited, the Nodal Deputy Commissioners of Commercial Taxes of Chittoor and Kurnool nodal Divisions have passed orders finalizing the Seniority list of ACTOs of Chittoor and Kurnool Nodal Divisions for the panel years 2005-06 to 2007-08 and they were published in the Departmental Web Site also. The following vacancies are arised as under:

2.After interspersing the final seniority list of ACTOs of the above two Nodal Divisions, the integrated seniority list of ACTOs of Zone – IV for the years 2005-06 to 2007-08 is to be prepared in terms of Rule 34 of APS & SS Rules, 1996, strictly taking into consideration, the dates of joining of ACTOs following Rule-33(a) and also Rule 16 (h) of APS & SS Rules within the panel year.

3.On interspersing the seniority list of both the Nodal Divisions, the proposed integrated seniority list of ACTOs of Zone –IV is shown at Annexure-1 appended hereto.

4.The persons who have any objections to the above proposed integrated Seniority list of ACTOs for the panel years 2005-06 to 2007-08 of Zone IV, may file their written Statement of objections, if any, within (15) fifteen days of publication of the Notice in the Departmental Web Site, failing which, it will be construed that they have no objections to the proposed seniority list and orders as deemed fit will be passed without further notice and time.

5.The notice of Integrated Seniority List shall be subject to outcome of SLP’s/ WP’s/ OA’s pending, if any, before the respective Appellate forums.
