b.  Elite Elders vs. Spartans – The venerable Elders are BACK IN THE FINALS! After a long drought, the Elders made some key acquisitions and defeated a star-studded Spartan team and are poised to reach the pinnacle of the Elite once again! If you recall, the Elders won the first FOUR Legends championships, and still have the longest dynasty of any Legends team!

c.  A Unstoppable handed the K9s a loss to reach the final once again.

d.  A FullThrottle came out hot, and edged a very tough Jackals team by two for the right to face Unstoppable in the Finals!

e.  A/B Redmen handled the StrongArms with guile and incredible energy!

k.  19+ Generals absolutely crushed Fundamentals showing no mercy for a 4-man squad.

4.  Finals Thoughts!

a.  Elite – Can the venerable Elders reach the top once again? Will their disciplined and smart team play be enough to take out the run and gun Shooters, who are also new to Legends? It’s experience vs. youth! We shall see! I would not bet against the Elders, but the Shooters are awesome!

b.  A – Unstoppable vs. FullThrottle – It should be a close game, but who can bet against the defending champ Unstoppable?!

c.  A/B – We see the Zephyrs upsets as amazing, but these Redmen come out storming. The #1 Redmen have the clear edge here, but that’s what everyone thought about the Zephyrs’ last two opponents!

d.  B – Cannot argue with success! Khanmen pulled off the impossible, so if they can fight off the obvious letdown from the awesome upset, they should be able to handle the Comanche! Don’t tell Coach Bradley that, though!

e.  Women – The Saints are undefeated, and have incredible offensive weapons, but ZeroGravity is a powerhouse in their own right…what a game this should be!

f.  19+ - Dunking rule or not, this will be a battle! No one will bet against the undefeated Precipitation, but the Generals are playing some seriously inspired ball! Don’t miss this Final!

Game of the Week – Khanmen over undefeated HoundDogs in Overtime!

What can we say? Unbelievable! Coach Khaaaaan not only had a plan, but also poured in 16 as the game-high scorer to lead his team on the court as well! Dewispelaere had 15 to provide a second major scoring force, while Kosuta was incredible on the boards. All players contributed in this inspired underdog win! “We had no pressure in this game, as I think the HoundDogs did in a big way. We were able to hang close with them, and I really think they got a bit tired down the stretch,” coach Khan stated. “Besides, every dog has his day, including a HoundDog,” he added.

Koshuta after a big rebound! And Miller gets acrobatic!

A clearly unhappy coach John Boneta and star Fred Rucker after the defeat. “We will be back in ‘B’ league,” he stated.
