The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Korea has a requirement to subscribe to communication services as described below for use by the U.S. Embassy in Seoul.

Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a hard copy solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is SKS700-15-Q-0014 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation / contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-78 issued in November 25, 2014.

Your offer must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their quote.

Your offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation No. SKS700-15-Q-0014 Enclosed” to Douglas R. Boudreau, Contracting Officer, U.S. Embassy, #10, Namyoung-Dong, Yongsan-Gu, Seoul, Korea on or before 5:00 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2015.
