Achieved 1st place at the Trade Fair for efforts on this project and the manufactured design continues to be implemented to this day.
  • EPICS II: Bicycle Trailer –A project involving the conceptual design and fabrication of a bicycle trailer in adherence with client’s requests. The mission was to produce a bicycle trailer to safely transport individuals suffering from polio by using only limited resources common in Africa, staying within a budget, and following specific safety regulations. The constructed bike trailer is still in use by the customer, Crutches 4 Africa.
  • EPICS I: Handicap Playground– A project requiring a design of playground equipment for handicap children which consists of five separate components. The purpose of the equipment was to facilitate learning, exercise the muscles, and promote health improvement.
