Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive real estate services to clients with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts, and negotiations and all transaction services required of Cassidy Turley under the agreement with the client
  • Manage a large volume of varying types of transactions
  • Assist in defining Client’s real estate requirements (i.e., review growth projections, evaluate overall business strategy, and manage critical dates)
  • Act as Landlord/Seller Agent and Tenant/Buyer Agent and effectively manage and negotiate the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate product(s) including land, office, retail, and industrial
  • Manage transaction implementation (broker selection/oversight, scope of services, process standardization, etc.)
  • Manage and/or draft and create a large variety of analyses and all relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, market comparable reports, RFPs, proposal comparison packages, Letters of Intent, area plans, broker’s opinions of value, etc.
  • Prepare book and cash flow projections
  • Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties
  • Understand Client’s strategic real estate goals and implement corresponding real estate plans
  • Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements
  • Work closely with Cassidy Turley’s Portfolio Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, Cassidy Turley Brokers, and Finance/Accounting teams
  • Track all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepare commission forecasts and vouchers, and account for all savings results achieved on behalf of client

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree; Business or related field, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of applicable industry experience
  • Or similar combination of education and experience referenced above
  • Familiarity with and understanding of lease and purchase agreements
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate jurisdiction-required license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
