The Department of Communication at the University of South Florida seeks an Assistant Professor. The position is full-time and tenure-earning. The PhD in Communication is required. Applications from individuals who are ABD will be accepted , but the degree must be conferred by appointment start date or initial appointment will be as Instructor with a reduced salary. Preference will be given to applicants whose research focus is on Interpersonal and/or Intercultural Communication and who have at least one year experience teaching university undergraduates.
Salary is negotiable. Applications must be received by February 15, 2002.
