She and her sister own and operate the receivables management agency, which they built from 1 employee in 1992 to its current staff of 90, with 3 locations in Kansas. Aside from leadership and management, her role is business development and marketing. She serves several non-profit boards, including the HFMA Sunflower Chapter as Corporate Sponsorship Chair for the last 8 years. Her company assists the healthcare community with early-out, billing, and collections, along with best practicesfor admissions and billing by offering educational presentations and consulting for the industry. Ms. Kesler holdsa Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Kansas Newman and has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare receivables management field.
Irene Hoheusle has been with ARSI since 1997 and is Vice President of Collections and Education. She has earned the designation of Professional Collection Specialist from the American Collectors Association International (ACA) along with a Scholars Degree and Fellows Degree. Ms. Hoheusle is 1 of 5 professionals nation-wide asked to serve on the ACA Research and Development Advisory Committee, as well as their Education Council, which creates materials for credit and collection professionals worldwide. She specializes in the areas of Workers Compensation, Probate, and County Liability, as they relate to healthcare receivables.
