If you have any questions regarding a particular run, please call the contact person for that event or one of the Events Committee members from the list of Office Bearers. The following is a general guide.

Shakedown Runs: These runs are for vehicles with H plates and are held on the second Saturday of each month. They do NOT count as one of the 5 runs required in each Club year and members must advise the President PRIOR to taking their vehicle(s) out on these runs.

Coffee Runs: Take place on the 1st Saturday and 4th Wednesday of each month and leave at 9.30am. Theyaregenerally to a venue within 20 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour.

Weekend Runs: Are conducted at least once a month, either on a Saturday or a Sunday, and departure times depend on the length of the run.

Departure Points: When the destination is South of Coffs Harbour the meeting place is the car park behind McDonalds South Coffs Harbour. All other runs, the meeting place is in the car park outside Repco at Home Base.

Due to the growth of our club it is essential that members advise the run co-ordinator,nominated for that particular run, of their intention to attend. This can be done personally, or by phone, email, text etc.

On top of the RMS rules the C.ex Coffs Sports Touring and Classic Car Club imposes the following rules:

  1. Members with H Plates must attend 5 club runs per year (August to July) in their H plated vehicle/s for the club to sanction the renewal of their H plates. Members with multiple H plated cars may attend the runs in any of their H plated vehicles.
  2. New members must attend 4 club runs or club meetings before H plates will be sanctioned for their vehicle.
  3. Members must provide copies of their H plates registration papers on initial and on renewal of their registration to the Car Club President to be included in the H Plate register within a period of one month of the registration date. Non compliance of this by law will be seen as a contravention of the bylaws and disciplinary action may be taken by the C.ex Coffs Board of Directors.
