The purpose of this document is to register candidates for the CobiTFoundation Exam. After completing the document, you have to return it to ITpreneurs to complete the registration process.

Step 3 / As a candidate, you have to read and agree to the following requirements: /
- Any intellectual and industrial property, rights to materials, as well as the preparatory material thereof are vested exclusively with ISACA/ITGI.
- The candidate will keep the material confidential and will not make the information available to any third party whatsoever, whenever, and wherever. The candidate shall not publish the materials or make copies thereof.
- The candidate is not permitted to remove or change any indication concerning the copyrights or the intellectual property rights of the material, including the statement of confidential nature and nondisclosure of material.
- The candidate has read and is aware of “Terms and Conditions for the Exam,” which can be found at the bottom of this document.

Overview of the Examination Process:
Step 1 / The candidate should plan for the exam date and time at least ten working days prior to taking the exam. / Step 5 / The registration will be processed, and in case all documentation is accepted, the candidate and the proctor will receive the logon details two days prior to the exam date.Step 2 / The candidate should locate a proctor who will play the role of supervisor during the examination session. / Step 6 / The candidate can only log on to the exam application at the time and date of registration.
Step 3 / The candidate should complete Annex 4.0 — “Examination registration form,” and return the form by e-mail to . In case this document has not been received, please request this form through the same e-mail address. / Step 7 / After the examination session, the candidate will receive the result immediately. If the candidate passed the exam, ISACA/ITGI will send a certificate to the candidate. The proctor has to complete Annex 3.0, “the Proctor Examination Report,” and return it to ITpreneurs.

Terms and Conditions for Taking the CobiTFoundationExam
1.Registration: The details provided by you when registering are important. You must ensure they are true and accurate and inform us of any changes in the information you provided when registering by contacting ITpreneurs at .
2.Conduct during the examination: Everycandidate shall make sure that a supervisor proctors and attends the exam. The candidate shall follow the instructions of this supervisor. Using books, notes, Web sites, or other supporting material is not allowed during the examination. Candidates will not speak to each other during a group examination. Candidates committing foul play may be disqualified from the examination immediately, and that candidate’s results will not be accepted.
3.Technical Requirements and timing: The CobiTexam is online. Candidates should have stable Internet access for one hour to complete the exam. Exam candidates must start the exam at the pre-agreed scheduled start of the exam. In case of any technical malfunction at the candidates end, no refunds will be granted.
4.Results and appeals: The exam result will be shown after submitting the exam. Appeals against an examination result will not be considered. In case of failing the CobiT exam, the candidate has the right to sign up again for the exam, following the standard signup procedure and subsequent payment.
5.Refunds and Cancellation: In case of the candidates cancelling the exam, no refunds will be made.
6.Ownership: The exam questions are the property of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Candidates shall not use, publish, or copy the exam questions.
