Below is a comparison of Graduation Requirements for students who enter ninth grade for the first time in school year 2008-2009 with those who entered ninth grade prior to school year 2008-2009.

Promotion requirements for students who have entered the ninth grade for the first time in school year 2008-2009 are as follows:

Promotion to tenth grade: A student must earn a minimum of five units including one unit each of the required English, Mathematics, and Science courses.

Promotion to eleventh grade: A student must earn a minimum of ten units including two units each of the required English, Mathematics, and Science courses.
