Coaching Biography: Hassan Jaddaoui

Coaching History:

Coach Hassan brings extensive coaching background and working knowledge in the game of soccer. He has been teaching the game to youth soccer players for over 16 years with premier soccer clubs. Hassan has a successful track record for achieving results and managing player/team development by conducting challenging practices in the spirit of enjoyment, creativity and learning different aspects of the game. He began coaching with the Boynton Knights in 2000 by being tasked to train a group of recreational players and improve their soccer skills to competitive levels. Guiding them win the AYSO State Cup for the first time in the program’s history, they went on to win a number of FYSA tournaments in Division 1 brackets in their age groups.

Coach Hassan has led his teamsto Championship Titleswhen he coached Boys and Girls teams at Team Boca, Wellington SC, and more recently at FC Florida. He turned around his teams to play State Level soccer and compiled a winning record every season. Coach Hassan has guided his teams to numerous achievements, including Florida President’s Cup Championship (2008), Round of 16 (2010 FYSA State Cup), Orange Classic Championship (2012), Round of 16 (2014 FYSA State Cup), and Round of 8 (2015 and 2016 FYSA State Cup) with FC Florida BU14 and BU15 teams.

He has also coached the Girls Soccer Varsity team at West Boca Raton High School from 2009 to 2013. In his first season, Coach Hassan guided the Bulls to their first undefeated regular season in school history - for any sport - and reached the Class 5A Regional Finals Game with a 22-1-0 record. Coach Hassan has been namedAll-ConferenceCoach of the Yearfour consecutive times. After a two-year sabbatical period, he was asked to return and train the team and be a part of a group that qualified to the Regional semi-final game.

Playing History:

Hassan started playing "Street Soccer" in his birth city of Alhoceima, a Mediterranean coastal town in northern Morocco, where he also played competitive Club Soccer. He was Top Performer in the Academy U16 Team of his city’s professional team, CR Alhoceima (CRA). Trained in every position of the game, he excelled at the attacking midfield. While still in Junior High, he was promoted to play semi-professional soccerwith CRA for two league seasons, 1983 - 1985 (CRA are currently playing in top division in the Moroccan Premier National League). Hassan was selected to the Moroccan U17 Regional and National Teams.

Keen on continuing to play soccer professionally in Europe, Hassan moved instead to the USA and different priorities changed the course of his soccer career. He made FAU Men's Soccer squad for the 1988 - 1989 season, but unfortunately, he had to part with the team due to lack of funds for international players in Athletics program back then. Nonetheless, Hassan continued playing competitive soccer in the Gold Coast league while attending college. He helped his team go undefeated in the 1989 season, leading to the League Championship. During the 1990s, he participated in many competitive adult soccer leagues and tournaments in South Florida and his teams took either first or second place.He was awarded the Top Goal Scorer trophy at the 1995 FAU Summer Soccer Tournament.

Hassan and his wife Natasha live in Lake Worth with their three children - Katia, Amir, and Eidan, who all enjoy the game of soccer.He is a Chemistry Teacher at West Boca Raton Community High School. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemistry and a M.B.A. in Business Management. This education background creates a unique perspective on his coaching philosophy and style.
