Developed and led highly professional, loyal teams of over 55 that have had a thorough understanding of discriminating club members’ expectations and how to deliver on those expectations in service. I have knowledge and experience in budgeting and inventory. Upholding old traditions for members and being creative in new events. I am very detail oriented, very creative and energetic. Mid Pines Inn and Golf Club – Southern Pines, NC January 2011 to October 14, 2013

Built in 1921, our stately Georgian-style Inn is renowned for true Southern hospitality and distinction. The Inn wears her age with aplomb. It's as though you expect to see Sam Snead holding forth at the bar, or Julius Boros showing his putting stroke to an admirer in the lobby. Many of our 103, beautifully appointed rooms feature original antiques, with all of the comforts of home. In addition to the charming main hotel, we offer villas with kitchenettes overlooking the 10th fairway. History lives here, to be sure, but this is the 21st Century. We offer all the comforts a modern golfer, business traveler and families require; including an outdoor pool, game room with pool table, foosball and ping pong, four lighted tennis courts, a well-stocked lounge and fine dining. Plus, open access to the fitness center, with the latest state of the art equipment. 4.6 million in total annual revenue; 1.2 million in F&B revenue
·  Specialize in overseeing the food and beverage operation; working with the Executive Chef and Assistant Clubhouse Manager on improving daily operations within the resort. Manage the day-to-day food and beverage operations: policy and procedure development, member services, events, inventory control for all linen on property, staffing the F&B Department, training, overseeing all dining facilities. Communicate and assist in the development of all servers, server assistants, hostess, bartenders, and food runners. Manage positive relationships with all members and guests. Improve customer satisfaction by consulting all members on any personal inquiries. Coordinate with management team to better improve the food and beverage facilities. Prioritize goals to produce exceptional customer service in high stress situations. Serves as a Club representative and undertakes and achieves special projects assigned by the General Manager.
·  In addition to Food and Beverage I also oversee the lodging aspect of the resort which includes the front desk, housekeeping, guest services, hotel maintenance and laundry. Do all ordering for most of these departments which expands from bed linens, guest amenities, guest supplies and all laundry and cleaning chemicals. I oversee the housekeeper’s daily tasks and assignments to ensure that the quality and standards that our guests expect are met and that all rooms are clean and inspected prior to guest check ins. Work closely with the Hotel Maintenance department to maintain all aspects of the resort.
