Fees

Fees are $50.00 Centre Based Days & Local Excursion days, $65.50 -$75 Excursion Days & $57 In-house Workshops (Child Care Subsidy will reduce these fees for eligible customers)

Fees must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of a confirmation invoice statement for vacation care bookings to be held.

Cancellations will only be acceptedup until 4pm Friday June 22nd. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OF FEES AFTER THIS TIME.

What to Bring

All children attending the program:

• Must bring a hat (Sept-May)

• Wear appropriate footwear & clothing (Runners preferable, No Thongs or Singlet Tops)

• Bring healthy morning & afternoon snacks PLUS lunch

• Bring a refillable drink bottle

• Wear/bring OLD CLOTHES for craft activities

• Bring a spare change of clothes as required for matters relating to weather or personal hygiene

NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES: NO IPADS, TABLETS or Other ELECTRONIC GAMING DEVICES

Breakfast: Our Service will serve breakfast between 6:45am to 7:45am. Toast & Cereal will be available.

Activities: Include those listed on the program as well as child suggested activities. Outdoor play or sport in the gym will also be offered during the day.

Excursions: Children must be signed in at the program at least 15mins prior to departure time. Please ensure children are provided with all items on the “What to bring list” for each excursion.PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT A PERMISSION FORM.

Bookings:Make your booking early to ensure a spot for your child/ren. If your child is not enrolled in our program, please obtain an OSHC enrolment form from the centre or the school office.

Absences:If your child is unable to attend a session that they are booked in for PLEASE ring to inform us of their absence. Phone 04 1759 8904
