Thu 26 JUNE Check-in at Cape Town International Airport no later than 1710 for British Airways flight to London. Flight BA 58 departs for Heathrow at 2010.
Fri 27 Expected time of arrival at London Heathrow is 0650. On arrival, pick up two self-drive vehicles and transfer to Wellington College in Berkshire, where we’ll be hosted for 2 nights.
Sat 28 Match 1 vs Wellington College. Overnight with hosts.
Sun 29 Transfer to Charterhouse in Surrey, where we will be hosted for 1 night.
Match 2 vs Charterhouse. Overnight with hosts.
Mon 30 Transfer to Eton College in Windsor, where we will be hosted for 4 nights during the Eton College Silk Trophy. Overnight with hosts.
Tue 1 JULY Match 3 at the Silk Trophy festival - vs Eton College. Overnight with hosts.
Wed 2 Match 4 at the Silk Trophy festival - vs Shrewsbury. Overnight with hosts.
Thu 3 Match 5 at the Silk Trophy festival - vs Oundle. Overnight with hosts.
Fri 4 Transfer to Sherborne School, situated in Dorset, where we will be hosted for 2 nights. Overnight with hosts.
Sat 5 Match 6 vs Sherborne School. Overnight with hosts.
Sun 6 Transfer to Horsley & Send Cricket Club, situated in Guildford, for Match 7 vs Surrey U19. Overnight at Travelodge Guildford, where accommodation has been booked for 1 night on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
Mon 7 Transfer to Tonbridge in Kent, where we will be participating in the Tonbridge Festival and hosted for 3 nights.
Tue 8 Match 8 at the Tonbridge Festival – vs Millfield School from Somerset. Overnight with hosts.
Wed 9 Match 9 at the Tonbridge Festival – vs Tonbridge School. Overnight with hosts.
Thu 10 Match 10 at the Tonbridge Festival – vs Prince Alfred College from Adelaide, Australia. At approximately 1630, drivers from Practical Car Hire will collect the vehicles from Tonbridge and transfer the group to the Royal National Hotel in London, where accommodation will be booked for 3 nights on a bed-and-English-breakfast basis.
Fri 11 Full day of own sightseeing. Enjoy an evening show in London’s West End - “Billy Elliot”. Overnight at the Royal National Hotel in London.
Sat 12 Lord’s Cricket Ground – Day 3 of the 1st Test between England and South Africa. Overnight at the Royal National Hotel in London.
Sun 13 Morning free for own sightseeing. The coach will collect us from the Royal National Hotel at 1500 for our transfer to Heathrow. Check in no later than 1620 for British Airways flight BA 59 departing for Cape Town at 1920.
